During your traineeship you will:
* Connect new hosts to our brand and make them feel at home from the start
* Help both hosts and guests via mail, phone and chat
* Be pro-active and come up with new ideas to improve customer satisfaction
* Contribute to our online visibility through our social media channels
The perfect trainee is:
* Communicative, speaking and writing English fluently (knowledge of French and German is not mandatory, but would be nice)
* A fast learner: smart, positive and flexible
* Blessed with a good sense of humor and a hands-on attitude
* Social and helpful – you have a passion for customer satisfaction
* Capable to work structured, to minimize the chance of errors
* Ambitious: you want to be the best in what you’re doing
* Amsterdam based
